Session Tuesdays Jam with Berklee Alumni (August 2017)

Join us for a special Berklee alumni edition of Session Tuesdays at the Ivy Room. Hosted by alumni volunteer Marcelino Quiroz B.M. '04, this free, friendly hang is a chance to grab some food, mingle with other alumni, and get down to great improvisational jazz, funk, blues, R&B, and more at this cozy music venue. The alumni hang starts at 8:00 p.m. followed by the jam at 9:30 p.m.

Session Tuesdays feature local and Bay Area professional musicians mixing it up with each other and a solid house band for a unique musical experience each week. The lineup switches throughout the night, resulting in fantastic impromptu performances.

The house band comprises Marcelino Quiroz (keys), Sara Remington (vocals), John Foster (guitar), Kris Jones (drums), and Mike Toth (bass). All alumni are welcome.
